Swayambhuva Guggul can be used in a dose of 500 to 2000 milligrams per day to be taken in 2 equally divided doses. Children should be given this medicine in a dose of 250 to 1000 milligrams per day. The maximum recommended dose of Swayambhuva Guggul is 6 grams per day. This medicine should preferably be taken after food. It can be taken with warm water or honey.
